Fall Part II - Grace's First Halloween Party!

The weekend after Pumpkin Picking was perfect timing for Grace's Very First Halloween Party. Look how excited she was!!

And for those of you who have forgotton your classic kid movies, our Grace went as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz - complete with Ruby Red slippers. Yay!

And no Halloween party is complete without a Greaser!!

Fall - Part I

Although lately it has felt more like Winter than Fall here in NYC, I thought I would update all of you on all of the wonderful Fall festivities we have partaken in these past few weeks. I LOVE this season. And boy have we really lived it up.

A couple of weeks back, it was time for yet another Perkins-Trimarchi Adventure. This time, we grabbed the kiddies - Baby Mina, too (of course!)...

And headed to a Pumpkin Farm for some Pumpkin picking, hayride riding, apple cider drinking, donut eating and pie buying...

How Many Lawyers Does it Take to Have a Great BBQ?

Just one if your name is Ahn (aka "Ben's Mommy")!

The LyJordans (see Mommy Ahn below in the pink) invited the OBX vacationers over to their house in NJ last weekend for a bbq. Who knew they would order up such perfect weather?!?!

It was so hot, Ahn brought out Baby Ben's little swimming pool for the kiddies to splash around in. Good thinking, Ahn!

Looks like fun!! Here is Grace being "gentle" with Ben.

But the main attraction, besides Baby Mina, of course...

was the large pasta pot used to fill up the baby pool with warm water. Here is Jordan testing out the temperature for Grace...

Well, if my buddy Jordan thinks the water is fine, I am going to check this out...

How did Ben get the pool all to himself?!?!

Well, there's our girl...happy as a clam with her little body all squished together in a P-O-T! What will she think of next?!?! Better stay tuned!

Thanks Ahn, Dave and Ben for a fantastic day! The food was terrific and the company even better! I wonder how many lawyers we can fit into our Manhattan apartment. Let's set something up for early December and find out!

Grace's New Ride

Some of you are not going to believe this but, I actually entered an office football pool and won! That's right. Me! I got a "card" for the weekly pool, looked up the teams to figure out who was favored and who was playing at home, and then picked the winners of all 14 games. Then I had to correctly guess the winner of the Monday night game plus identify the correct combined score without going over. With a bit of help from a little birdie I know, I correctly guessed that Denver would beat Baltimore at Mile Hile Stadium because the Broncos would be used to the altitude. Ha!

Anyway, my good fortune resulted in some hefty prize money which I evenly split up among my little family. Grace, Brandon and I each got a third. Here's what Grace got with her cut...

Tumbling

In addition to ballet (see below), Grace has been taking a tumbling class. Although some of the other kids have already perfected their somersaults, Grace is still working on hers.

However, it appears she has the swinging thing down pat!

And here she is showing off her sliding capabilities.
